All domestic shipment orders ship FREE from San Diego, California through USPA.
Standard shipping time is typically 3-10 business days depending on size and weight to most locations, and you'll receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped.
For time-sensitive packages, currently, the fastest shipping option is USPS priority express at an additional charge. If you need this option, please get in contact before placing your order. Please note that once a package ships it becomes the sole responsibility of the United States Postal Service and cannot be guaranteed delivery within a certain time frame. Made in California bears no responsibility if a package is late on delivery, arrives damaged, or undelivered. If this happens, it's the customer's responsibility to contact the United States Postal Service to resolve.
International orders are priced according to size, weight and shipping option and are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) International Priority Mail Service.
Customs, duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered in the cost of international shipping. Estimates nor reimbursements for these charges will not be provided.
Based on the USPS regulations, products that contain alcohol cannot be shipped internationally and therefor refresher sprays cannot be shipped outside of the United States. If you purchase an item containing alcohol for international shipment, your purchase will be cancelled and refunded.
All orders come in branded packaging and can be shipped with a gift note in place of a receipt.
To place your gift order, on the cart page, click "add gift instructions" to indicate that it's a gift and/or include your short + sweet gift message to the recipient. Make sure your "Ship To" address is that of your gift recipient, otherwise it will automatically ship to the billing address.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay are accepted.
Sales tax is charged on all orders placed in and shipped to California.
Due to the handmade, small-batch, and one-of-a-kind nature of all products, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please visit the policies page for more information.
damage during shipment
All orders are packaged to arrive safe and sound, however, damage can occur during shipping from time to time whether due to an accident or delivery neglect. If you received an actual damaged item (and not just damaged packaging) please contact immediately.
All damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of your order being delivered to qualify for a replacement and will require documented proof of damage before a replacement can be shipped out. Damaged item may need to be returned first depending on the severity of damage.
